چکیده
We examined the effects of dietary preso-millet protein on plasma concentration of high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholestero] in mice. The results cenfirmed also, in this animal, the elevation of plasma concentration of HDL cholesterel without the inyolyement in raising the cencentratien of low-density lipoprotein cholestero! like those with rats reported in our previous paper. This wollld suggest a beneficial effect of millet pretein on cholestero] metabolism.
